In the days leading up to Daddy's birthday, Langston had quite the exciting adventures. First, he maneuvered himself up on to the piano bench. Although I didn't catch it on camera, I will say he was pretty impressive- pushing the picnic basket up to the bench, stepping up on that, gripping the edge of the bench, pulling himself up (the boy is strong!), hoisting his little body up and over to a standing position and then finagling his legs to a seated position. Here you'll see him making music just like he's seen his Daddy to - I think we're going to have to start him on lessons soon!
A few days later Langston had a playdate with his good friend and neighbor, Oliver. We met up at a toddler play place and they had a ball. Langston especially liked playing in the kitchen and pretending to drive the fire truck. I think Langston might ask Santa for a play kitchen for Christmas!
