First, our camera went missing so a lot of the pics....gone. :( So, we bought a couple of disposables to try to help get us through the empty period, but the pics of Langston "driving" the tractor at the working farm the last weekend on September and then Ella-Lorraine at her first pumpkin patch the first weekend in October are lost forever. We'll head to another pumpkin patch before the season is out to try to do a make-up day!
We did make it to our neighborhood's pumpkin patch and costume parade on October 2. A few helpful neighbors took pics for us!

Then on the 3rd we headed to what is quickly becoming an annual Brown family outing (with Gene's family, too!)...the LA County Fair! Bring on the ginormous turkey legs and fried foods!
Ella-Lorraine is learning to roll herself over. She is getting some great tummy time in and when she does, she hooks her little leg up under her body and helps herself turn over onto her back. She also moves. We've gone into her room and found she's done a 360 in her crib or has butted herself into a corner. One afternoon she apparently got tired of her tummy time, turned herself over and traveled to the couch. Here's how we found her.
