Johnson Family Christmas

As you may know, we spend the Christmas holidays with my side of the family. Before we do that though we spend Christmas Eve in the west coast and this was Langston's first year to be in Christmas pageant. He was a lamb at 19 months old and such a trooper. He wasn't feeling well, so once we visited the local Rite Aid to get something to help his fever and helped him don his nubby lamb leggings, he was ready to go!

Once we get to New Jersey, it is a big ole family fun filled time with siblings and cousins and parties and mini-reunions with old friends. Of course, with all of the grandkids together the opening of presents is overwhelming and the frenetic energy never ceases, but I know what most of you are waiting for are the matching outfits so here we go...

matching pjs on Christmas morning...
(and after opening presents and a big yummy Christmas breakfast, we shared the news that baby #2 was on the way!!! - that made for an extra special Christmas gift to share with our family)

Langston got pirate rain gear from Hunny & Pop!

visiting Grandmom Sarah...

church on Sunday morning...

a solo visit to see Grandom Mollye.

Then after some family outings such as visits to the Adventure Aquarium,
(scuba Santa)

dinners out, nights on the town, movie outings and more,
it was off to our annual family photo shoot.

Great grandsons with Great Grandmom Sarah.

Just the boys.

and to finish it off, Hunny has to have a picture of each grandchild with the number #1 block. :)

New Year's Eve - now it's Mommy and Daddy's turn to get in on the action.
