Langston has learned the fine art of scooching. not quote scooting...scooching. if we put him on his activity mat he will scooch off the mat - over to the rug, the couch - wherever. he ends up in the funniest positions.
On this day (11/17) he scooched over between the coffee table and the mat. Nemo joined him there for some cuddling. For those of you who haven't heard, our dog Nemo has been missing since 11/30. We woke up and poof - she was gone. Yes, she is microchipped and yes, she had a collar on and yes, she had id tags and yes, our gates were closed. We're not sure if someone took her or she got loose from our yard. Either way she is missing from our lives and we're quite sad. We think someone has her or with all of her possible forms of id and contact, we would have heard something by now.
You can imagine my sorrow when I downloaded my camera to see the last photos I have of her - just getting comfy with the boy. They were becoming best buds. Langston was just beginning to really discover and enjoy Nemo. He would "chuckle" as Nemo would lick his hand and Nemo was starting to really enjoy this contraption we called the high chair - it was like it was raining sweet treats!
