Two weeks ago on August 24th, Langston was baptised!! He had a baby dedication at Praise Tabernacle Worship Center, Gene's Church and the Christening at All Saint's Parish, Karlyn's church. It has taken a while to publish this post as we were waiting on pics from folks (the day was so busy so we had friends try to take some for us.)The day was amazing!!!! Our families were there, as well as our friends to celebrate our baby boy. Kyle and Ayana (Karlyn's brother and sister-in-law) and Byron and Mylette, our dear friends were named as godparents. Byron & Mylette also made Langston's baptism wardrobe - 3 entire outfits for 3 different locales (complete with matching booties, bonnets, bib and blanket): church 1, church 2 and the restaurant where we had his reception. They were all beautiful and of course he looked beautiful in them! Hunni performed the baptism as she has for all 5 grandsons - what a joyous day.

Ohhh...we are so sad that we weren't there to join you in that special day- but I LOVED the fact that Hunni was the one to baptize him. AWESOME!! WE have your (Langston's) baptism gift too.... I just have to get it off to you!
